medical tourism is HUGE. Cuba was just hoping we'd do this because they know we'd be coming in droves for medical treatment that we can get here, only there it's wayyyyyyyy cheaper.

The group had a handler that brought the gringos to the back of a store where they exchanged their cash. He said Cuba was awesome and 5 or 6 guys rented a big house with a pool and shit, each guy paid 100 a night. He said the chick's there were out of control too. Tia
