    2016/17 Premier League predictions thread

Sup faglets. Hope you are all well.

    New season starts today.

Will drink my own piss on a live stream if Leicester win it again.

    Top four

Chelsea (Conte will get the best from a talented/hard-working and settled bunch)
Man City (best squad in the League but Guardiola will take at least a season to understand that pretty football alone will not win you titles)
Man Utd (Mourinho has his pecker up again and will get them well in the mix)
Spurs (they will be a force again this season but Champions League football will see them fighting it out with Arsenal for 4th)

    Relegated

Burnley (good manager but lack of quality will ultimately show them up over 38 games)
West Brom (Pulis is a firefighter type manager but expect expect him to fail miserably this season)
Hull City (they have no business in this league.. rip)

Man City wins it imo, but I hope my boys at Arsenal can at least crack the top 4 lol. I don't think Leicester will be able to get away with playing the same bunker and counter style that got them success last year. I think teams will be better prepared to exploit them

As an aside, does anyone know if there is a package of any sort available to Americans that you can watch on mobile devices that is the equivalent to our League Pass and NFL Sunday ticket? Or a site that archives just completed matches?

We have fairly decent coverage now, but often last year they'd list a match, I'd set DVR if I was out night before, and it would be a different match when I made my coffee and sat down to watch.

Could you imagine how much you'd win if you parlayed this & it actually happened?

The problem is Man City have always got the potential to blow this league away, but they are such mercenaries that you can never trust them to do so.

I didn't place a wager in the end but I hope Mourinho or Conte does it, can't stand Guardiola.

EDIT: would love Arsenal to do it also, always play entertaining football. Can't see it though

Who you got in Manchester Derby?

Both have looked fantastic thus far. Aguero elbow takes a little shine off this one. I might place small wager on the United -145 as I dont fuck with that draw option wager.

I got a treble on United to win both teams to score, Celtic to beat Rangers in the old firm derby both teams to score, and Kell Brook to beat GGG on points coz I like setting money on fire.

Saturday was a real statement from City winning away to United without Aguero

They are clear favourites at this stage but it's a long season

Liverpool have a lot of positive momentum going atm, and I fancy them to go all the way under Klopp.

Thinking about putting some on a double: Liverpool to win league at 7/2, and Newcastle to win FA cup at 66/1 which I think there has to be some value there considering how good Newcastle are right now under Benitez.

Their fans are already unbearable atm. If they do actually go on and win it, I won't be leaving the house for several months. It's bad enough having to share daylight with the cunts, nevermind a fucking city.

Thought United would be far better than what they're offering thus far. Top 4 would surprise me at this stage... While I fully expected City to suffer with teams not allowing them to fuck about at the back.

Still believe Liverpool are not good enough to finish top tho. Spurs and Arsenal will both finish above them. Hopefully Chelsea and City will too.

Guessing the betting shops learned their lesson with Leicester last year.. Havent looked at the numbers to see who the long shots are but I'm guessing they didn't put out any 5000-1 again.

    .

They always choke at the end of the season.

Not so sure about Spurs this season with no back up to Kane (Dele Alli up front? Nah mate)

Chelski looking good this year, although it pains me to say it.

Also, I'd replace Burnley with Sunderland for relegation.

Burnley at home are not too shabby, to be fair.

Gotta agree with you on that mate. Their home form alone could well keep them up.

Was at Burnley on Saturday and we absolutely twatted them but still managed of lose. They done the same to Liverpool at home and were robbed against Arsenal.
