What milo is doing imo, is overall helping to normalize the GOP base. What bothers me just a tiny bit is the notion that all this had suddenly burst forth fully formed. Both the Internet/media phenomena and the phenomena that is Trump. This has all been slowly evolving (or declining). Maybe I think too much. I should simply enjoy it as the tremendous theater that it is. Not giving a fuck is my gift and allows me to do that.

It's so unique that it's really hard to try to find a single existing democracy without a right wing populist party. So new and refreshing that the word demagogue has it's basis in ancient Greek. And really who could even venture a guess that narcissists might say and do things they don't really mean for power, wealth or admiration.

Especially Europeans are completely clueless about this stuff. We just don't know what could possibly go wrong when the masses start cheering for populist cunts.
