Where to live to play live poker?

Had a question for any live grinders out there. Im looking to move back to america to do the live grind. Ive been in mexico and canada the past lil bit but wanna move back to usa.
Where is the best place to live to grind limit holdem besides vegas? Mostly grinding around 10-20 to 40-80 on bravo ive seen pretty much the only places r L.A. and Scottsdale that run daily limit games is there anywhere else or does anybody know how good those games are? Thanks for the help. Cheers

Dunno about LA but the games at TSR here in AZ mixed game wise are good to great. Lots of fishy retirees in mixed and even the NLHE games (technically we don't have No Limit but it's pretty damn close). More so when the snowbirds are in town from Oct-Mar. Obviously the downside is the disgusting hellish heat in the summer but it's really the same as Vegas give or take a few degrees. You will get some known players including Donkeybomber and Nov 9er Jake Ballsinger among others at times. Tom lives in Scottsdale so he's very local and is there several days a week when he's in town or not doing other stuff.

Not sure if you would consider coming to Minnesota but we have 2 decent pokerrooms. Canterbury Park is probably the best option for the stakes you are looking for. They spread limit games up to 50/100. No limit is illegal here. All we have is limit and spread limit games.

I play at canter everytime i'm up there. its my favorite place. I ordered a fuckin steak to the table. it was awesome.

the 8/16 with the half kill is the real grinder game. also the 6/12. never played above that.

there are the no limit "tournament" tables where everyone buys in and they last 3 hours. never played that though.

Also of note in the Midwest is Potowotomi, and Horseshoe Hammond. (i don't like IL casinos because they're not open 24 hours)

I play at running aces, they usually have a spread limit omaha game going.

Bay 101 in San Jose has 3/6, 6/12, 8/16, 20/40, 40/80, and 80/160 almost all the time. And sometimes 100/200. There are also some other cardrooms in the Bay area that run low and middle stakes up to 15/30. The weather in San Jose is magnificent. The downside is a very high cost of housing. You can find ways around it, like roommates, if you can tolerate that. It's easy to find a roommate because nobody else can afford the housing either. You can also live in outlying areas and "commute" into San Jose. It's still expensive but not as bad.
