It's true. We really should find out who started that thread.

Some hook nosed jew noticed i smelled like weed after docking in jamaica during the party poker cruise. This led me to make an account on NWP which id only post on when completely out of my mind. A few nooses were directed my way.

There are some odd posting similarities between people now vs people back then. Sidedish reminds me of em2, for example.

Mostly lurked NWP and DD. Posted a few times in UB/Absolute threads. Then when Micon finally tired of his over-bearing, self absorbed and overtly righteous friend I made an account here.

Alexa used to list that thread as one of the top google search terms which brought people to PFA.

Can't say that's my proudest life accomplishment.

No way to look it up now, but I recall you being one of the people defending me at the time of the split-up, and bashing Micon.

Then you registered here and were decent for some time, but now have devolved into a one-note, annoying troll.

The most interesting thing you've done here has been abruptly disappearing for two years, to where you didn't even log in once (after logging into this site daily for 2+ years). I honestly thought you were dead, but now it looks more likely to have been prison.

I'd guess domestic violence as the most likely reason.

BTW, I am not making this up. I was watching something like NatGeo's "Drugs Inc." and wondered if you could get "pure cocaine". I haven't done that shit in like 25 years, but in those days everything was "stepped on". God what a waste of money that drug is.

Friend told me about NWP podcast around or just after the time everything moved to DD.

Was listening to all the old podcasts and made an account about a year before the DD breakup.

Micon turned the site into BTC shitshow and I left. Wasn't til I was bored years later I found this place, think I talked about how when I signed up.

    Youre a lawyer right?
It seems like most lawyers love blow, whereas almost all bail bondsmen are on meth. How far off am i?

nunbeater: that is literally 100% correct

Henry: I'm not a lawyer or a bondsman but I do love blow, so there's that.

I played a few limit holdem sessions with the brunette who broke up Neverwin's marraige or vice versa. I actually thought she was hot and wanted to know more about her and found neverwinpoker.com. Turned out she was a trainwreck, and her looks fell off big time the next few years. What was her name?

    Cool

I started lurking DD when Srslysirius QuadJacks intervention aired. That was great radio but a sad time for the wombats. I befriended Flipper_Fair, Snowtracks and JSTAT at QJ and after getting tired of dd migrated here after QJ went dark. I must confess I miss QuadJacks a lot. We laughed a lot over there. The chemistry between Zac, Marco and Srsly was great imo and a tragedy how it ended.
But life goes on and nothing stays the same so we just keep on keeping on. At least there is still PFA.

Remind me again how it ended. I recall snake in the grass Zac fucking Srslysirius on some web design gig.

    Cool

Ya Belly. But it doesn't change the fact they had chemistry. It was an unfortunate end to what appeared to be a true friendship.

Also came to NWP due to Brandi Hawbaker, 2007-2008?...it was about the time she lost 30,000 of her then boyfriend's account online (Mark Newhouse) and Captain Tom tried to creepy sleepy her doggy style.

Stayed because of the photoshops and the hall of fame sub-forum, they were unique back then

Me first: Oddly, my gf at the time told me she thought I would like this site. She found it through Alan's Best Buys and Druff spreading the word. For a while I stuck with the dumb/random things thread which is where I sprouted my wings.

I lurked for probably a year or longer before joining. Not sure I wanted to get in the middle of the battles. Now I'm not phased. Learning curve I guess.
I had no idea you came indirectly through Alan's Best Buys (now vegascasinotalk.com).

    Who was your gf there?
She was Gigi123. She didn't post much. She found Alan's by googling something about 7 stars and then saw that you were the expert. She did PM you a couple of times with some CET questions which you answered.

She used to be a mod on VMB where you occasionally have posted.
