This is why anyone with a brain can't take BLM seriously. If there is a problem, it is a Cop-Civilian one. But BLM doesn't care about that. Their true motivation is to start a race war. And with Obama on board with BLM it's a scary but real possibility.
Why didnt he just put his hands up? Looks like he intentionally disobeyed, and put his hand behind his back to got shot by the police. Still shitty they shot him two more times while he was laying on the ground with his hands on his chest.
