I got a gig as a kid doing circuit board design/layout on AutoCad during that time
CPU power was scarce. Like scoring an 80287 math coprocessor was a big deal.
Me and this graphic artist shared a room and computers and printer plotters.
Kid was playing punk and post punk in the room. Discussing Twin Peaks & Blue Velvet.
Used to sing those lyrics to me when it played on his boom box. "You're only average sanlmar"
Kid came from LA with a portfolio that was largely comprised of porn VCR box/sleeve art.
