    Fedor Holz

Who else feels ashamed that they aren't better at poker than a guy who isn't old enough to stop getting acne?

    I know I certainly do.

He seems to be legit good. He was killing online for awhile, and then continued the success live.

He hasn't done anything of note at this year's WSOP, though.

Holz has a few small cashes but isn't playing that many WSOP events because why do that when they run so many $25k and 50k high rollers at the Aria where he continues to crush them?

Is it really that odd for a 22 year old to dominate in this day and age?

Why would you be ashamed? I think you got to just got to give credit where credit is due. The guy puts in a ton of work off of the tables to be the best at MTTS like anyone else who is at the top of their field.

for $1500 you can learn all of his tricks!!!

To be honest I found it bizarre when you hadn't heard of him on a recent podcast. Guess you don't follow online results but he did like a 6 hour podcast (yes, just like you) with Joey Ingram.

    I didn't look for a bad pic.

That's a pic which popped up on my Twitter (from a positive story about him), so I posted it.

This guy lost $200k prop bet to Jason Mercier after he won a WSOP bracelet and had even more action against him winning a 2nd...

Wonder how much the damage was for Fedor after Mercier took down his 2nd WSOP event last week?

People keep alluding to the fact that Drexel is blowing me up. I haven't seen it so it must be on radio. I wouldnt know. I haven't listened. But I really do love the guy...

On the other hand I hate this sonatine character even though I'm wired to not hate anyone...

But I will give credit where credit is due...

Best post I've ever seen here...

    By far.

Fedor Holz now ranks 9th on poker's tournament all-time money list.

    $18,395,882 in tournament winnings.

    He's 22 years old.

He can now afford to lose his virginity.

    Exactly what I was thinking.

The kid is obviously a great player, but also amazing how well he runs.

You know that if you or I tried this move and got called (as Fedor did), the board would brick out and everyone would laugh at us.

How much difference is there between this kid and dozens of other highly skilled nose bleed tourney players? It can't be much, even if he is "the best".

I'm sure he's fantastic, but he also has to be running godlike.

you would think not much...not taking anything away from him...

but how much edge is there in playing 30-50BB poker when the players are extremely skilled?
