I sold $15 and $16 calls on my VXX expiring tomorrow. If they leave that will be a very expensive mistake. I still don't see it happening though.

Chris Hanretty of the University of East Anglia is now projecting just a 32% probability of Britain staying in the EU in his blog. He's got a predicted Remain vote share of 48.9%.
This could be one of those situations where people weren't honest about their votes when polled, as sometimes they're not on controversial issues.
This occurred in California on both the votes to deny illegal immigrants benefits and denying gay marriage. In both cases, those propositions looked doomed to fail badly, and yet both won because people said one thing to the pollsters and voted the opposite way in the booth.
It's also possible that the "leave" people were more motivated to show up.
I wonder if the German theater shooter today also influenced some votes.

First big London result, and it's a good one for Remain. Lambeth votes Remain: 78.6%; Leave: 21.4%. That's a much bigger swing to Remain than expected, and Lambeth is big - 0.5% of the total electorate.
