TMZ reporting Ron Lester who played Billy Bob on Varsity Blues is in critical condition in a hospital in Dallas, TX with serious heart issues. Apparently he's been hospitalized for the past 4 months. At one time Lester tipped the scales at 500lbs until he had gastric bypass surgery in 2001 (he lost 350lbs). He was previously in the hospital due to liver and kidney issues in November. He previously was in 'Not another Teen Movie" and a recurring part on CSI:NY. Lester is only 45yrs old.
