Checked into Caesars Vegas last night for a 2 day stay and asked for an upgrade. I am only platinum, so not expecting much. Told I was upgraded to a "newer" room in the Julian Tower. It turned out to be a handicapped room. The bath water runs all over the bathroom and there is no place in the closet to hang my wife's dresses!
I would have let it go since we are only staying 2 nights, but not my wife. She went downstairs and demanded a waiver of the resort fees. They were only willing to waive them for one day (not 2). I think it pissed her off even more. Otherwise, the room is OK. Comfy bed, and look at the fabulous view:
