The government loses in court regularly. That's what it means when the courts are an inependent coequal branch of government.
When things don't go his way he completely falls apart. He has a personality disorder that would make him extremely unlikable if he were just a normal guy, but makes him dangerous and destructive as president. Get rid of this fucker ASAP.

if you didn't know any better, you would think that trump, through these tweets, was deliberately trying to tank his own position before the US Supreme Court.
the only other possibility is that he's just brain damaged and has no idea how the law works.
keep in mind that trump's attorneys argued that the travel "ban" wasn't really a "ban", but was just a temporary moratorium to give the US time to come up with proper vetting procedures.
now compare that with trump's tweets. he's now fully endorsing the fact that his executive order was, in fact, a "ban". no indication that it would be temporary either. also trump now says that the US is already using "EXTREME VETTING" on people coming to this country.... but wasn't that the reason you needed a temporary ban? to come up with extreme vetting procedures? ok so remind me again why you need the temporary ban?
