In the first departure from President Obama’s White House staff, Ellen Moran is leaving as his communications director after three months to be the chief of staff to Commerce Secretary Gary Locke, a White House official confirmed on Tuesday.
The actual news of the day is that the investigation into Trump's connections to Russia slowly but surely continues-
Boris Epshteyn, who was an adviser to Trump from only 2 months before leaving the administration without explanation in March is being questioned by the House Intelligence Committee.
Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, has rejected cooperating with a similar request by the Senate Select Intelligence Committee.
Michael Flynn agreed to turn over the first batch of documents requested by the same Senate Committee.
And in Trump hypocrisy news-
On Sunday Trump tweeted "Whenever you see the words 'sources say' in the fake news media, and they don't mention names it is very possible that those sources don't exist but are made up by fake news writers. #FakeNews is the enemy!"
And less than 48 hours later retweeted a Fox News story, defending Jared Kushner, which of course relied entirely on anonymous sources.
When asked about it, Sean Spicer sputtered out half an answer, then stormed out of the press conference.
