In theory, if the RDX fumes penetrate into the cave, anything in those fumes will be incinerated. Whats more, the ignition of those fumes will suck air into the firestorm.

Thermobarics would be meaningless there. We literally built low-yield nuclear bunker busters specifically to deal with DPRK's super deep mountain bunkers and I'm actually not sure we are winning that arms race at this point.
