Thread: Time to get on the TRUMP train

  1. #21
Trump has little to no chance. You can't win a general election anymore unless you have the Hispanic, Black and Asian vote. Mathematically it can't be done. You can't win elections anymore catering to white males, just ask Mitt Romney. This guy sealed his fate in the general election when he called the largest group of Hispanics rapists. I have family members who are die hard republicans, like they listen to Alex Jones kind of crazy and they won't vote for Trump. It's almost like Trump is taking one for the team and systematically destroying the Republican Party.

The GOP has yet to realize that people of color are allowed to vote.

Trump has already had most of his dirty laundry aired through the media for more then 30 years, everyone heard it and is over it. Once he starts outing her dirty laundry its gonna be over for her.

I wonder what his nick name for her is gonna be?

And is it me or did carly fiorina ask her plastic surgeon to make her look like the faun from pans labyrinth?
Hillary's dirty laundry has been hidden?

Trump at +280 is tempting; I'm reading many reports that most Bernie voters won't vote for Clinton either by abstention or voting for Jill Stein (Green Party).....and I've even seen some quote from mostly older Dems who say they'll vote for Trump.

I wish InTrade was still around where I could bet the under on the voting participation rate. That's where the money is to be made, IMO.

Nearly one-in-four voters say they will stay home or vote third party if Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are the major party presidential candidates.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds Trump and Clinton tied at 38% each. But 16% say they would vote for some other candidate if the presidential election comes down to those two, while six percent (6%) would stay home. Only two percent (2%) are undecided given those options. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Rasmusen is a lot biased. They are a righty polling firm that was one of the worst for accuracy in 2010 and 2012. Rasmussen had Romney winning in 2012 LOL.

"For the second consecutive election — the same was true in 2010 — Rasmussen Reports polls had a statistical bias toward Republicans, overestimating Mr. Romney’s performance by about four percentage points, on average.

Time magazine has described Rasmussen Reports as a "conservative-leaning polling group." The Washington Post called Rasmussen a "polarizing pollster." John Zogby said that Scott Rasmussen has a "conservative constituency."

"Pat Caddell and Doug Schoen wrote that Rasmussen has an “unchallenged record for both integrity and accuracy." A bunch of protesters outside of hotel were there is a Trump speech now.

Why do Mexicans always fly the Mexican flag at protests? I find it ironic that they fly the flag of a corrupt piece of shit country that many did whatever they could to get the fuck out of there.

Just as an FYI, Scott Rasmussen has not owned Rasmussen polling for several years. You are a dollar short and a day late my friend. But you looked smart in your post, I give you credit, given the low bar here, that gets you cred.

Trump has already praised Sanders on calling out that Clinton is unqualified for president, as well as their agreements on Wall St Tax breaks, free trade agreements, and bringing jobs back to America.

It's funny you mentioned Trump/Sanders 2016 because Peter Jetten, JRB, and Eugene Todd were both looking for followers' thoughts on the odds of that ticket winning (as well as some action) if this scenario were to occur.

It would be like when Macho Man (heel) and Hulk Hogan (hero) became the Mega Powers in WWE back in the 1980s. Clinton would stand no chance.

It won't happen....and even Trump has called on Bernie to run as an independent if (when) he loses the DNC nod.

its so weird, watching you pretend theres someone behind the podium whose not a lying criminal.

One person fucks people on business deals, the other fucks the American public and left her friends to die for her political agenda. I know the other guy hasn't had the chance to do that yet, so maybe not a fair comparison, but the devil I don't know than the devil I am well acquainted with.

Yeah, that was kind of my unstated scenario; Trump loses his first ballot HOF and Bernie has to bow out from SuperAids Delegates and they both run Independent - and Trump takes Sanders as his running mate. There are no scenarios where Trump takes a VP position.

I find it very hard to believe that someone like Bernie Sanders would ever be a running mate to Trump. They are on completely different spectrums when it comes to social issues.

I'm honestly thinking I might just do a no-vote thing in the general election.

That's how much I dislike both Hillary and Trump.

Just having fun riffing on a situation. In no galaxy do I see Trump and Sanders getting together. I can only take this election so seriously, but to be honest I win either way it goes.

    Hey Drummy,

How am I a dollar short? Scott Rasmussen left in 2013 -- AFTER their 2 dismal biased hack jobs of polling in 2010 and 2012. Just as I wrote and quoted. Try Again.

"Rasmussen and Schoen have collaborated on several opinion editorials." "Obama's Poll Numbers Are Falling to Earth." I am sure he is just as neutral as can be.

And if you are going to go back to he is gone now this is what his firm said after he left. It doesn't sound like the are changing their methods of trying to help Republicans. "The Company emphasized that Mr. Rasmussen's legacy remains intact. His polling methodologies and protocols, widely acknowledged as among the most accurate and reliable in the industry, continue to guide and inform the company’s public opinion survey techniques. In addition, the editorial culture of excellence that he built is still very much in place."

Speech cut short with trump having to go thru fences and on shoulder of the highway. Trump supporters were pelted with eggs, when are the police going to step in? Trump said he felt like he had to cross the border to get to the speech. Mexican flags where seen everywhere .
