He will certainly make noise about staying on after 2 terms and it will be fodder for cable news festivals of verbal diarrhea, but in the end he can't stay on unless the constitution is amended. Neither the House nor Senate will pass it (needs 2/3) and 3/4 of the states won't ratify it. It's safe to say the constitution is unlikely to be amended again in our lifetimes.

Do you really think they can get enough Democrats to flip even if the House is regained by the GOP. You need 290 votes to reach that threshold man. And then 3/4 of the states to ratify it.
