I agree that the private student loan industry was predatory and needed to be abolished, but forgiving student debt is a bunch of bullshit.
Just a totally arbitrary form of debt forgiveness, picking out of the air a segment of the population in a certain age range to give complete forgiveness, while giving everyone else nothing (including those in much worse situations).
