There are checks and balances in our system of government, but when those checks are comprised by scumbags who are weak and have creepy sexual proclivities, then I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

My overall point is, the legislative branch in the past 30 years or so, has allowed that executive order to fly with impunity, the only time someone in Congress made a fuss about it was when it was going to affect them, to which they used that opportunity to get compensation for them, now the legal precedent is going to make any executive order a nightmare.....so when a President has unchecked executive orders at his disposal, wtf do you call that???
