Canada has a wall it lets California tax payers subsidize illegals then makes it super hard to get into Canada but also likes to highlight it allows a token number of refugees

i believe they funded a grand total of 33 miles of wall.

It wasn't wall, it's just fence that was already authorized under W and for whatever reason was never built.

It's always possible for Congress to pass a bill at any time to authorize spending on whatever. But as it stands there is no money for the wall in FY 2018 which ends September 30. FY 2019 starts October 1. My crystal balls tell me there won't be any money for the wall in that budget either.
