maybe fair criticism, but i don't know. it's not like the person running was charged with sex assault. that would be like blaming hillary for bill's crimes, which no one ever did.

This isn't going to be a news flash for anyone paying attention to US politics over the past 100 years. The last time both houses of congress were the same majority and a president from the same party was elected Massachusetts elected a republican to replace Ted Fucking Kennedy and followed that up by losing the house for the last 8 years.

It's going to be a bloodbath for the GOP next year. It's not a aberration. Good chance the Democrats hold onto the Senate for a while I'd say.
