Whether there is a lot involved or not, these things never amount to much.
Here are a few facts, and you can decide for yourself.
1. A warrant must be issued by a judge. It lasts 90 days, and can only be extended if it is resulting in the collection of meaningful evidence.
2. A judge approved the warrant.
3. The warrant was extended THREE times.
4. The memo does not question the accuracy of the information provided to the judge in support of the request for a warrant.
