The best thing to do would be to normalize relations with Iran and live up to the nuclear deal the US made with Iran. How can the US make a deal with NK, asking for exactly the same thing, if it does not keep its word to Iran? NK is watching the Iran situation carefully to see if making a deal with the US will actually benefit them.
