The United States does not have a national election for President. Each state conducts the final vote on the same day. The President is decided state by state. You don’t have to win the majority of the popular vote. You should be old enough to have witnessed an election night or two.
You don’t even have to have the greatest number of votes in the general. Electoral College is the process the US employs to determine our next leader.
We used to debate the electoral college. I have recently grown to value the difference between the states and states rights.
You wanna block Trump from the ballot or whatever nonsense - have at it. It’s up to the state.
The coincident fact is that Trump appears to be winning in every state. Except perhaps Druff’s state in which Biden will win by millions and millions. Doesn’t matter how great a victory those retards achieve. California is one (awful) state. They only have so many electoral votes. Margin of victory matters not a wit. Do not commingle that Cali weirdness nationally.
As an aside, the very notion that California sanctions other states in the US. Really? Again, have at it but conversely the balance of America needs to sanction California. Build a wall. Something like Gaza could serve as a useful model. (I’m not advocating genocide but you may have different feelings about California than I.)

I do not want to cause any additional anxiety for my partners but our family office is working on pulling $2B out of NYC as cleanly as possible. A number of pension funds that have already abandoned ESG are divesting from New York real estate.
Whether Trump wins on appeal or at SCOTUS, the precedent has been set. A wall has been broken and there are no take backs. Any company can now be targeted and have their assets seized at the whim of an over zealous AG or politicians. I don’t expect you to know or understand standard CRE practices, but every company could be found guilty of the exact same actions the Trump Organization was accused of and found guilty, because it is NOT a crime.
The feds declined to file charges as did the previous AG. And the reality is, this should have been heard by the Commercial Division, however, they had already declined to file.
Why do you suppose the real experts in complicated commercial cases, part of the Supreme Court of New York State would decide not to pursue?
