Literally everyone is attacking the US when all that matters is China, India and other developing SE Asia countries.

US emissions and Europe emissions will continue to decline and it won’t matter because literally for every piece of CO2 we remove, there is multiple of that being added by China and India every day.

US still does about 10-15% of worlds CO2 emissions and about 2x what India does. China does about 2x of US. Per capita ratios are 15 US, 8 China and 2 India. Oh and one of those countries does most of the stuff for the world. Stuff is made in factories (that need power, construction) and it's then transported. Coincidentally everything related to making stuff causes most of the worlds CO2 emissions.

US cut their emissions (to 90s levels) by moving their production. US customers spend a fuck ton more today on stuff than ever before and due to longer manufacture/transport routes that stuff causes more pollution than ever before.

But yea, China's totally the worst. The above may or may not be why republicans aren't big in arguing about any of this. Or even hinting that climate change exist for that matter.
