Exactly what crime do you think he will be charged with? Possession of classified documents? DOJ found copious classified materials in Hillary's emails on her private unsecured server but didn't charge her. A server that was illegal for her to do government business on. It's almost certain she was hacked by the Russians and Chinese. Do you think DOJ could just let her go but charge Trump?
If it's classified documents you think he will be indicted for then who do you think committed the most egregious classified document crime, Hillary or Trump?

Trump may well be indicted. I don't put anything past the criminals of Washington, D.C., or those that serve on their juries. Any convictions will never make it past SCOTUS. But Merrick Garland better think long and hard about creating such chaos. The furor and backlash by half the voters in this country will be devastating. Scorched earth.
