The President has the unfettered authority to declassify any and all classified documents. That means he doesn't have to go thru any process at all to declassify. He just deems a document unclassified.
Trump gave a directive that any documents carried to his private residence were deemed unclassified.

Conviction under the statutes can result in imprisonment or fines.
It will especially be bad for Trump if he had any documents related to classified nuclear programs in his possession.
He will still be charged and convicted.
No one can invalidate a Presidents declassification of documents, nitwit. The President has an unfettered right to declassify documents and SCOTUS will uphold it.
