The first part of his post is not a question it is a request.
The second part is clearly a rhetorical question.
However, I just wanted to know if limitles realizes that Bernstein was at one time a respected journalist but pretty much everyone agrees he is now just a liberal apologist. The guy wrote an entire book praising Hillary Clinton for goodness sakes.
As far as three journalists I respect I don’t know, I could list a few but they are all conservative leaning folks who you would just bash so what’s the point.
quick reminder folks that the democrats are a joke party and will blow this again
Harris blasts critics of 'identity politics'
https://www.politico.com/story/2018/...olitics-762254
Sen. Kamala Harris accused critics of “identity politics” of weaponizing the term to diminish issues of race, gender and sexual orientation, pressing Democrats on Friday to address those issues head on.
“I have a problem, guys, with that phrase, ‘identity politics,’” Harris told the progressive gathering Netroots Nation, wading into a messaging debate roiling Democrats ahead of the midterm elections. “Because let’s be clear, when people say that, it’s a pejorative. That phrase is used to divide, and it is used to distract. Its purpose is to minimize and marginalize issues that impact all of us. It is used to try and shut us up.”
Harris, one of the Democratic Party’s top 2020 presidential prospects, said Democrats “won’t be shut up, and we won’t be silenced.”
Amazing the dumb shit the media latches onto these days.
This week it was mocking Trump for saying that you need ID to purchase groceries.
Trump isn't exactly the Great Communicator, but clearly he meant here that you often need ID if you use a credit card when purchasing groceries, and was trying to say that it's ridiculous that you need to show ID to make a small credit card purchase, but not to vote.Originally Posted by Donald Trump
While Trump definitely didn't put this one eloquently, it's clear to anyone with a functioning brain what he meant. Only a complete moron would believe that Trump was saying that you need to use an ID to buy everyday groceries with cash.
His point actually isn't bad. In support of voter ID laws, he pointed out that it's legal for grocery stores to make you show ID to make a small credit card purchase, and that he finds it ridiculous that something far more important and essential to the country (voting) requires no ID.
Trump says and does so many stupid things. Why does the media take him out of context and harp on him over trivialities?

Yeah it's every day not every week that he put's his mouth in it.
He's the leader of your country and yet he doesn't know Ireland is not part of the U.K.
Didn't know Scotland voted against Brexit. On and on and on.
And wouldn't the Republicans love to have voter I.D. attached to credit card ownership.
In middle and high school, we had to show ID to vote for ASB / student council. It's ludicrous you don't have to show ID when voting. Might be an unpopular opinion, but I'd also be in favor of requiring voters to not be on any government assistance (like food stamps and whatnot), to prevent the people from voting in favor of giving themselves more free crap at the expense of others.
Of course this is the correct answer. It's too late unfortunately. The framers had it right with their intent: that stakeholders should be the ones making policy decisions, especially when they were the ones paying for them. It is absurd to think that someone who contributes nothing should have the same vote as someone who is contributing to the greater good. Just think that the welfare moms popping 4-8 babies out for checks will have that many more future votes for how our nation will proceed than your family which is smaller b/c you made responsible choices. What a joke we have become. But here we are: handout nation. Human nature will lead us to the inevitable result of bankruptcy, not only in the financial sense but also the moral one.
FFS! A credit card can be used at millions of business locations! Heck! They can even used with a device attached to a smart phone! But a citizen can only use their vote in the precinct they are registered to vote. And when someone votes, their name is checked against the voter roll.
Right wingers who hate that minorities overwhelmingly tend to vote Democratic are just putting up costly roadblocks for legitimate citizens to vote, people who were born here and lived without a picture ID card for decades. And the rightwing talking heads who say that it doesn’t cost anything or much to get the paperwork required for someome to get a state-insued ID card are lying through their teeth. They *know* that poor folks face costlu hurdles to getting such paperwork, be it actual money or a lot of time lost from work.
So nobody on social security, Medicare, nobody taking the mortgage interest deduction, no farmers using federally subsidized irrigation, nobody who uses the Internet, nobody working in an industry where Trump has imposed protective tariffs, nobody taking the child tax credit, none of the rich donors claiming charitable tax credits, no real estate industry people taking advantage of their special tax credits (Trump), right? Those are all forms of public assistance. The list is endless. There is not one person in America who isn't on some form of public assistance. There won't be anybody left to vote.
If it could get any worse/better, Tom Arnold claims to have tapes of Trump and info regarding Russia
and he get's a series on Vice coming soon. He was sued by Cohen/Trump trying to hush him up. I love Tom Arnold
im sure when arnold's special airs, roseanne is going to do a live hour long interview on fox about how tom likes a finger up his ass when hes getting blown and take a limo directly from the studio to her new job as white house comms director once its over.

ITT, can we say we've heard it all now?
you don't have to come in here spewing the H word and saying racist shit like "n-words are too stupid and poor to get a photo ID"
let me put it this way: if you don't have your shit together enough to have a photo ID, you don't have the faculties to make an informed decision at the voting booth. if you want fair elections without cheating, fraud or any sideways shit voter ID laws make sense. the idea that voter ID is racist is actually racist. you think brown people are less capable of procuring ID's. that's cool that you think that, I agree, but it's racist as fuck. i thought all the uneducated trash with no money voted for Republicans anyways. let's make voter ID mandatory so dumbass whites with no ID's can't elect Drumph in 2020
