I'm sure somewhere in the deal the porn star Janet Mason had to contact any hosting site requesting a breach of copyrights to get the video removed from the net anytime she found them, which all hosting sites will do for you because they don't wany any trouble. That isn't to say someone don't try to rehost it but Janet can always rinse and repeat this procedure.
I think David seems like a good dude and I can see why he is denying it with all the reality TV stuff going on because he was lucky enough for the story to go away without anyone 100% proving it was him. The picture quality of the taken photos was shit and Micon could have zoomed in better when leaking them but for those who seen the porn you could tell it was him by his face and voice.

The Lithuanians wrote some broken-English explanation of the situation, and I rewrote it for them.
perezhilton.com had linked to the video on NWP, so I had the Lithuanians forward people to that page when they clicked on it.
David's agent at the time of the Aubrey O'Day thing -- I think Brian Balsbaugh -- called us and claimed David was willing to publicly admit it was him in the video.
This was because of the perezhilton.com article, and David thought he was finally going to have to face the music about the situation, albeit years after the video was found.
We had an agreement-in-principle for David to exclusively reveal it on NWP Radio, in exchange for us agreeing to submit questions for David in advance, and not deviate from them.
Then the story quickly died out, and David realized this wasn't necessary.
Sad that he's back to flat out denying it.

However, I do have a copy of that "low quality intro video" that Druff speaks of above on NWP. Any problem with posting the vid here? Along with those screen shots, this looks like Williams to me.
