silly to have 2 different options for ban. The poll should be ban, no ban but w sanctions (scammatar, etc), or no sanctions at all. He's not going to pay anyone $500, so that's kind of an unreasonable option.
I don't remember the bet he welched on, to be honest.
I thought it was about Whitney Houston and a napkin. Turns out that was an entirely different ordeal involving 408mike, predictably.
