Not sure what attracts the casual player. Probably good marketing and the availability of everything -- poker, sports, and casino games.

Customer service sucks, and they screw you on small amounts of money here and there and give you the middle finger. But they do pay the most reliably of any US-facing poker room, and the games are usually pretty good.

That's why I play there.

UB/AP were directly cheating people by looking at their hole cards.

Bovada lets their processors skim small amounts of money from you (though admittedly this hasn't happened in 2016), and then won't make it right.

That is, Bovada isn't in cahoots with the processors to skim, but when it happens, they wash their hands of it unless the amount is large (which it never is).

This sucks, but it's either that or don't play on any site with decent limit holdem games.

I wouldn't play on a site which directly stole from me, though.

I have been very aggressive with their crappy support at times, and nothing's ever happened to my account. And they don't exactly want my business, as a repeat winner/withdrawer.

I haven't had problems with my wires there. They've slowed down a bit (from 3 days in early 2015 to about 2 weeks), but they always get there for me.

The last bitcoin withdrawal I did took 4 days, which was longer than they claimed (was supposed to be 1-2), but all in all that's still not bad.

Last one took about 10 days from request till it was delivered
1st one of the month is free and it's $50 per check after that.Like cm said fuck vff checks and wires are the way to go

I saw they had these a while back and I predicted problems. Yes some batches are flawless but it just seemed like there was too much room for error in many ways.

Granted most of these go through in a short amount of time (2-5 days) but if your in a bad batch or any kind of error is made then you are waiting. Or your bank could refuse it etc... Just too much that could go wrong IMO

Checks on there it seems are 2-3 days in the majority of cases , wires druff said above, btc druff said 4 days but I could see a slight delay in these for a while because I could see a lot of people cashing out this way and it is a new method.

I miss the days where you could deposit and cash out the same day.

I miss making donk moves and sucking out without having to hear some guy going off on a tirade about your play.

I miss the good old days of online poker.

I couldn't deal with half the fail of bovada. I remember when I used to frequent the site, it has the worst action imo when it comes to sports books, and the poker software is lol.

You guys put up with too much, hopefully online poker gets legalized once and for all. Hopefully in my life time.

Now I am playing 2 tourys and a cash game and site crashes, Trying to get back in, Unreal, UPDATE:Finally back in after 15 minutes, This site is really a joke but the fact that I have been in games that play like party poker in 2004 keeps me playing.

They did process a May 1 cashout in normal time, but I did a bitcoin one (my first time ever) on May 9, which is stuck.

Before you say "It's only been 4 days", keep in mind that bitcoin cashouts are supposed to be blazing fast, especially for those who cash out regularly like I do. It says on their own site that they will send immediately upon approval, and approvals almost always happen within 48 hours. Now it's been 96 hours and they can't give me a timetable.

I'm not panicking yet, but I don't love to see this when I have 48k on there.

Why on earth would they take 4 days for a btc cashout? With SWC you would typically have your BTC within four hours max
