    Cavs over Thunder
It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

I just don't see the Warriors winning it again this year. I think they will struggle in a series and lose, not sure which one though.

If the Warriors lose, it will be to the Spurs. Nobody else can touch them.

The Thunder really have a choking problem. They just lost at home to the LOL Mavericks. Brutal.

I didn't think the Thunder would lose a game to Dallas after the first one and who would (certainly at least not in OKC).

Curry sitting tonight will be the Rockets best chance at grabbing a game. The line moved down to Warriors -8.5 on some books. IMO they still can cover that without Curry, especially playing at home against this shitty Rockets team but I'm not betting it either.

San Antonio is a fantastic squad but I really don't think they can take one at Oracle.

    My NBA playoff prediction:

A bunch of tall black guys will defeat another group of tall black guys.

Sorry, but I can't be any less specific than that.

    Warriors over Cavs..yawn.

If Miami had Bosh I would give them a puncher's chance of beating Cleveland. The rest of eastern teams just simply lack the talent.

Unless Curry gets taken out I don't see anyone, including the Spurs, having a chance in a full series.

Took over 212, 211.5 & 210 as the lines fell.

    We'll see.

China, you know Avery Bradley is hobbled up? Or is this a Tebow thing?

East team has simply no chance. Curryless GS get shit on by Spurs. GS with CURRY > all current teams and easy three peat until timberwolves maturate.

Well the Hawks have grabbed a quick 3 touchdown lead in the first quarter over the Celtics 24-3. At least the Celtics kicker showed up.

So I laid down two NBA bets today:

    Charlotte -2.5 -105
    Portland moneyline +105

    The reason?

Typically teams down 0-2 in a relatively evenly matched series will take game 3 if at home.

(Note that this does NOT apply to series where one team is far better than the other, such as San Antonio/Memphis.)

Both were interesting games. Charlotte/Miami was close, but the Hornets had a 49-44 lead at halftime. Then Miami came out 7-0 in the third, and it was 51-49. Then amazingly the Hornets went on a 20-1 run, and that was that. Hornets won by 16.

Portland was ahead of the Clippers almost the whole way, but couldn't put them away. Towards the middle/end of the 3rd, Portland had an 11 point lead, but they chunked it off, and things were looking troubling, down 85-81 in the 4th. Then Portland just annihilated the Clippers, going on a 15-1 run, taking a 10 point lead with less than a minute left. Portland won by 8.

Despite that, I can tell you that Portland looked pretty lousy, and they aren't going to win this series. I guess you can never say never when it involves the choking Clippers, but this might be the only game Portland wins. Lillard is great, but this team still needs a lot of work.

Charlotte looked like the better team today, but given the two blowouts they suffered in Miami, I don't think they are taking this series. They're probably going to lose 4-2, which saddens me because I have them at 33-1 to win the east (which went off at 15-1 when the playoffs started, so I had good value).

Warriors over Cavs, and it won't even be as close as last year's finals. Probably 5 games.

LeBron is finished, especially if he stays in Cleveland. He could make a few more finals and lose them all to vastly superior Western Conference teams though.
