Sugar is better than all of those awful and cancer-causing substitutes.
My blood pressure soars when I drink, my sugar goes down as long as I am not drinking beer and am sticking to vodka and club soda. I try to make sure to not eat and then just sit there. Go for a walk after eating or some kind of physical activity even if it's for 10 minutes. Small things like that improve my sugar levels. My sugar and blood pressure are very much tied to my stress levels. Whenever I'm having to negotiate large deals or make difficult business decisions my readings go crazy. As soon as I'm done and things are worked out, I'm a super healthy 33 year old.
We pray for understanding as we all occasionally request back door action by accident, when we tried to call an electrician. It happens, it simply happens.
Mine actually drops when i drink which i thought was super bad for some reason when i made the post. I asked some doctor friends and they actually were surprised and that it usually goes up in people. I just checked this am and now am 105/70 which is pretty normal.

Why Gordman why
And yes my BP is elevated; It runs in the family.
On the plus side, it at least temporarily reduces my back pain, especially since i quit taking Vicodin for it almost a year ago
Call the amberlamps if you don't hear from me

Just had blood test / physical in December
128 / 82 BP
71 pulse rate
Not perfect, but near perfect.
I also have perfect cholesterol results.
No noticeable liver damage so I am not slowing down the wine.
Sugar will fuck you up more than anything else. Like legs? Kiss them goodbye thanks to sugars.
Shit converts to sugar as well. If you're not obese just fuck the blood pressure tests.
Who wants to live in a world without pleasure......I'm talking booze.
Strike me dead on the way to the liquor store that's how I want to go.
I really find that hard to believe seeing as how I could drink ridiculous beverage amounts that you likely couldn't fathom and id still be awake and coherent. I'm embarrassed to admit it, especially for my age, but it's true. Im slowing down compared to the past, but its still ridiculous.

Well your liver only has so much capacity. So you will definitely break down if you keep on the sour mash whiskey, that is a guarantee. My personal vice was vodka, Grey Goose. I could go through a 1/5th no issues in a day, so I know what I am talking about. What I am saying is test the wine approach. Not sure your pallet, it will either be white or red (or both). But it is going to go much easier on your liver. I'll have a bloody mary every month or so, but no more mixers at night, I gave that up. Wine usually knocks you out at 10pm. It just does. Give it a try.
