Poker streamers usually have a few minute delay to avoid being sniped but when you are just playing some poker app game it don't matter that much. Twitch has a buffer of 30 seconds or so where whatever you do shows up on your screen that much later if you have no delay set and their is a way to shorten that a bit if someone really wants to in the broadcasting settings on their site not the broadcasting program itself where a time delay would be set.
