Oddly enough, some of the more famous cast members (Robert Downey Jr, Gilbert Gottfried, Randy Quaid, Norm MacDonald) are all in the bottom 10.

LOL Carvey #11, Hartman #7.
SNL alums call that the 1-2 punch for all time greats.
Shit list.
Said it more than once, these rags put out lists to piss people off and cause controversy that makes people go buy it so they can 'see it for themselves', and be variously outraged or vindicated. This is a hyped sales driver, not a talking point piece.
Has nothing to do with actual laughs per joke, screen time, post show success or anything else that could be measured other than a viewer poll.
PS Tim Kazurinsky is god.
Carvey at #11 lol wtf ? List is garbo just based on that fact a lone , he is easily top 5 if not the top . . .
Pretty interesting list. Thought Steve Martin was a cast member but he hosted 15 times....might as well have been. Also thought John Candy got his start with them.
Never really got into the show so I don't know much about the history.
Super surprised everyone is saying Dana Carvey for number one. He's always been my far and away number one but I thought most people would say Eddie Murphy or Chris Farley. I was lucky enough to meet Carvey when I was a kid.
ok i'll put in huge bold caps since you aren't comprehending
THEY PUT PEOPLE IN THE WRONG ORDER SO YOU WOULD READ THE FUCKING MAGAZINE YOU LEMMINGS
STOP GETTING UPSET
THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE
Jim Breur finished behind some guy named Tony Rosato, whom I had never heard of until now.
LOL 4Dragons believes in conspiracy theories all of a sudden.
4D I will put this in normal case so you read it. It doesn't matter what order they put them in, regardless there will be controversy. Trust me if they listed Dana Carvey as number one a huge amount of John Belushi and Eddie Murphy heads would pop in to say the list is wrong.
So in your mind the writers of Rolling Stone absolutely knew that Bill Murray was the number one and they put John Belushi in there all while knowing he was unworthy of the spot just to outrage people into buying their magazine? That's preposterous. Maybe if they put Finesse Mitchel in as number one I could sort of get behind your take. There must be at least 20 guys and 1 Tina Fey that could be number one based on who you ask.
I figured Eddie M would've been 1 because he is given credit for saving the show that one season. There likely wouldn't have been another season if not for him.
No chance that Joe Piscopo is all the way down at number 66 below people I've never heard of before. He and Eddie Murphy were two of the best.
HARTMAN WAS THE GLUE THAT HELD TOGETHER ONE OF THE BEST CASTS FOR YEARS.
YES, I STOLE THE "GLUE" PART FROM SOME INTERVIEW.
FUCK HIS CUNT WIFE.
4Dragons you are fucking horrible. How you don't get called out for your atrociousness is mind boggling. It's not like you are on a radio show and are beyond reproach for that reason. I just don't get it. I can't even imagine how big of a faggot you have to be to huge font bold your statement and then find a way to unapologetically contradict yourself in the same page of a thread. You are now of that Muck Ficon, Gordman, DRK Star ilk as far as I'm concerned. Stick to photoshops.
Just remember, whatever anyone says, they will always be offending 50% of any given crowd. But it is better to stand for something, then to be Corrigan.
