The level of stupid in the comments is staggering.
The statement about double jeopardy is completely wrong. Double jeopardy only refers to paying the cost for a crime twice. In other words, if OJ had been found guilty, sentenced to 40 years in prison, spent 40 years in prison for the crime, then he would not be facing another 40 years due to this evidence. However, the prosecutor can bring charges as many times as he or she likes if new evidence comes to light. More than one trial is NOT double jeopardy! Only paying twice for the same crime is double jeopardy.
