Played the course before...very well maintained and good course...don't think the golfers would be disappointed...
If I were you I'd look to fly into providence, hartford, Boston and NYC as a last option...

Niagara Falls area? Michigan?
And if you're looking for low limit stud rent a house and setup on the kitchen table. Likely more laughs than playing with crusty old fucks who have played daily for 13 yrs.
hey man you dont have to convince me, I just spent the last 2 days there lol. Still, the vibe in that place is atrocious compared to the other major casinos Ive been on the east coast like borgata or mohegan. Never played the golf courses though I heard the Mohegan one is pretty average. Personally Im waiting for MGM Springfield in 2 years so I can drive 30 minutes to get fleeced rather than 90. Foxwoods is about 1 hr from Bradley Intl Airport btw, easy drive
Foxwoods was great when it opened but its been declining due to competition and debt. Both Mohegan and Foxwoods owe a lot of money and revenues are falling, and are about to get slammed even more by Massachusetts casinos. For this reason I don't think they will keep investing, and it will get even crappier like a shabby downtown vegas casino. Mohegan is nicer and a bit better designed but will end up the same way.
I live in CT and when it opened it poker was easy money but now its like any locals casino in vegas full of old regulars and short on new players or loose tourists. Hotel rooms like the food are pretty expensive for what you get. So yes, if flying anyway Vegas is the nuts.
