    Pokerstars ends sponsorship with Vanessa Rousso

    The purge of sponsored "pros" who bring little business to the site continues.

    Rousso was seen as mostly appealing to US players. Since US players cannot play on Pokerstars, they didn't need her anymore.

    I agree with this decision. "Sponsored pros" are a waste of money for a poker site, aside from super-recognizable players, such as Daniel Negreanu.

    That story's from Feb 14, 2015, Druff. Weird thing is, I'm sure I learned about it on this site...so I thought I was going crazy there for a sec.
