it that time of the year no not WSOP but the grow season. Vegas123 and any other growers. I usually buy clones but could not find this strain in the last couple years. Any tips, tricks, or traps I need to know about with feminized seeds.
Flying into John Wayne airport and noticed on weed maps there are many weed shops nearby in Santa Ana. Any recommendations or shops to avoid. Any input would be great!
Going to palm desert in April Doobie Brothers show will be on when I am there and will try to attend.

I recommend 10 Spot Collective, 420 Central, OC3, Showgrow and Evergreen. There really isn't any that I would not recommend although my only visit to MedMen was disappointing.
If you have not checked out Leafly, I would do so. They are the Yelp of weed.
I would recommend hitting up Santa Ana in the daytime as most of where these dispensaries are located are in sketchy areas.

washington state, the poster child for dysfunctional Big Marijuana legislation, is about to revamp their horrific laws to the benefit of smaller shops/grow ops.
which frankly is amazing considering all the money the big players poured into lobbying/legislation there to prevent exactly that from happening.

tl;dr government red tape preventing the licensing of retail endpoints is creating overstock problems; there arent enough retail locations licensed to sell weed. so no sales, no revenue. a year ago, the market was worth 40bn, now its estimated at 17bn and falling. mergers are being scrapped, people cant find capital to stay in business.
im not sure if this is good or bad in the long run.. one side of the coin; it could drive out the corporate chains and the mom & pop growers can become the primary suppliers, which would be great. other side of the coin.. its possible that the exact opposite happens, where the only people who can afford to pay the legal overhead to be sellers are a handful of corporations who turn out McMarijuana on an industrial scale and all the boutique growers get shuttered, and the only weed you can buy is narcotic grade skunk named after a random fruit flavored sorbet.
although this primarily describes the canadian market, anyone who thought the US would have its shit together by now? yeah...
ny literally is no closer to legalization than it was two years ago, in fact it might be further from it because somehow the issue of reparations (seriously) for communities targeted by marijuana prosecution has become tied to the legalization narrative, as well as 'will communities be able to opt out of licensing retail endpoints'. so basically both the far left and far right have come together to make absolutely sure that their baggage sinks the entire initiative despite the entire fucking government being like 'uhhh our infrastructure is crumbling and weed sales could actually make this a better state to live in'. but yeah keep fucking with 8.82% state income tax while yall work out the kinks, see how that works out.

Too many people with their hands in the jar. This is why the black market will always be the go to source. Who wants to spend $80-$100 for a 1000mg vape cartridge, when you can get a legit one from Cali for half that price?
The price for this stuff in Colorado and Nevada is laughable and it seems like only California can sell these items for reasonable prices, which is why they can export it to the East Coast.
prices are even less in Washington state last week bought 7 1gm joints (blue dream) $15 #dirtyforthirty
not the strongest weed but pretty good sitting around a beach fire passing it around
the better weed is a bit more but not that much a strong joint is probably 5 for a gm
stoped vaping for now till i hear more info if its safe or not. I think its probably not great, inhaling steam from weed oil sounds toxic.

Its unsafe if you buy bootleg or counterfeit products. You wouldn't buy moonshine from a guy in the woods, but otherwise alcohol is still safe to drink. Same thing applies to vapes.
If you buy well known name brand products from trusted sellers then you are good. If you buy $30 gram cartridges from your local bodega or some guy cause "its a good deal" then you deserve whatever consequences may arise.
every thing i buy is legit over the counter shit, I wouldn't know where else to get it.

What kind of carts are you slanging in nyc OSA?
Those vapes are the ones that are the most counterfeit, so I can see why people would say that. However, Flav's have been around forever, have multiple factories in the West Coast, have a website(which most dont) and are generally regarded as legit.
Again, dont care about your opinions on this, these are just facts. Flav is not some basement knockoff company that just popped up.
It's not that they aren't legit...but they are very generic. Not bad by any means but there are others that are more potent and better tasting.
I'm not familiar on legalization in New York but if circumstances were that if I was in New York and if there is no recreational shops or if it is a major pain in the ass to shop legally, then I would be hitting up OSA for sure for a legit Flav cartridge.
