Here is my take on the situation:
Jsearles: Stop being awful. Seriously. Everything you post is from the irritating contrarian standpoint, or even worse. I'm getting really tired of reading every post where you are trying very hard to come off as big an asshole as possible. On top of that, your trolling is not even funny, so it's accomplishing nothing except getting on people's nerves. I am going to ban you if this continues.
Ricky: You can't do this stuff here. I don't care what comes up in google searches. You can't slap personal info up here, you can't post physical threats to people, and you especially can't post family member info. I don't care how much a poster pisses you off. That's just never allowed here. Take a look at the site rules. I would understand posting this stuff (minus the wife stuff) if jsearles scammed you, but he didn't. It was just a post on the internet, so you can't react that way.
Regarding jsearles and his info:
When he rolled vegas1369 for the $500 bet years ago, I made an exception regarding jsearles' info. Originally people were posting jsearles' picture (which he never made public), and I was deleting it at his request. However, once he stiffed vegas, then I allowed it, especially because jsearles was basically rubbing the $500 in everyone's faces, and I felt he didn't deserve such "protection" here, especially since I do allow personal info to be posted of scammers. jsearles isn't exactly a scammer, but he is a bet welcher, which is still pretty bad.
And of course, I am not going to take action when a guy named jsearles has his name of Jason Searles posted, for obvious reasons.
