But make shares $5+$1..=$6

The $5 being for a full ticket of five games per share.
After all it is powerball. $40 a month is high, especially on a regular basis.

It has to be accessible to the masses. Even $20 a month every month on this bullshit is expensive.

Most of us aren't throwing around thousands a day or a week or a month on gambling like many do around here.

The $1 will be contribution for that weeks freeroll.
