I've been fortunate in that the software hasn't caused any disconnects or freeze-ups for me. The only issue it's caused has been the lobby disconnecting (where you also can't rebuy when this happens, so that's annoying).
However, I have experienced disconnects due to internet problems in 2016, but that's not Bovada's fault.
