He announced Miss USA was 2nd runner up, she walked out, got her sash, then was escorted off the stage. It was then time for them to announce the winner. Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines then walk out, hug and hold hands, waiting for the winner to be announced. After the long dramatic pause, he announces Miss Colombia. She is obviously all excited, the last year winner (also from Colombia) comes out and gives her the crown, the sash, the bouquet, and then leaves. Miss Columbia does the walk, waves to people for like a full minute, as everyone cheers and waves. Harvey then walks out, slowly, and announces to the crowd "There has been a mistake". Crowd is stunned, Miss Columbia looks like she is going to have a melt down. He then lets everyone know that the real winner, and it says so on the card, and he takes full responsibility for the mistake, is Miss Philappines. She is now on the side with Miss USA and looks stunned. She doesnt know what to do, Miss Columbia looks like she wants to hide under a rock, and is frozen on the stage. Miss Phil finally walks out and stands next to Columbia, and the 2014 winner walks out and stands inbetween them, because at this point its a total Sh#t show, and some of the crowd is booing. Entire scene is a mess with people not knowing what to do. Completely hysterical to watch. Heads will roll. Steve Harvey will never be doing that again.
