Spartan, honest question... How often do you get health inspections, and also, does the inspector get a kick back?
In fairness to spartentard, I assume the pics are of the pizza joint he is looking at buying, and not the outfit he is selling. I can't imagine anyone would post those pics of their own kitchen.

depends on the meat you are selling. Was with the kunt and crew in NY last weekend, first place we ate was a burger place (turns out its a chain, BAreburger) that had cow, elk, duck, turkey, boar, all sorts of meats, all organic, grass fed, all that stuff. I don't see places like them going out of business any time soon.

Would have been fun to eat at thesparten's place, but alas, not to be. I do think we found where OSA lives, tho.

The pizza kitchen was for sale. I was looking at it. It's cheap and has infrastructure..
The burger joint is a low end burger joint but I would beef and chicken it up to make it nicer with out micro increasing prices for a while till I built up a following.. forgot to take pics for u guys..

The pizza spot us in Jersey and the burger spot the Bronx..

Just trying to "buy" a "job" so I don't have to ask permission to.smoke a cigarette or have to work to some fools expectations..

Don't truly expect to make a profit regardless of what I get. At least for a while..

If I can earn just a living "score"

If I.can make above medium income (for new York) "bingo!"

I'm also.going to look at some empty stores. But infrastructure and zoneing laws and landlords and permits and construction and interior decorater is intimidating... unless it's a real good rent and a good spot "for me".

Takes time. U really should c as much as possible with agents..

Also need time to Go by friendly restaurants and owners that I'm acquainted with and c if they know anything for sale and even get some advice..

why not start out with a food truck?

Eating a spaghetti meat sauce right now with a ton of pecorino Romano w with a classic cola..

I said meat sauce not Bolognese.. no cream in mine..

The spaghetti sauce is simmered for hours with olive oil and Greek oregano salt pepper vine tomatoes AND a string of sausages I put in the bottom of the pot to release great flavor the when the sauce is ready I take out the sausages and mince them then blend the tiny bits in the sauce..

    Don't do soul food..

    It's also very Hispanic.

    Absolutely won't do ox tails...

    Many cheap b & m spots...

Can't do enough volume with the yuppie white liberal crowd in that area..

And whether u believe it or not , there is a double standard in street vending.

The enforcement officers will walk past a dozen Mexicans selling soup out a shopping cart or even cooking corn in a shopping cart.
They will walk past the militant black guy selling African soap and boot leg dvd,s and the white man is the devil books and come to the only white guy with 3 licence and permits and give me thousands of dollars in tickets.. even if I was selling candles from a table they would walk past everyone else and tell me to move it..

    It's true!!!!!!

Some staggeringly high percentage of new restaurants (90%?) don't work out -- as in they lose money and close up within 5 years.

You are battling so many forces -- competition, overhead, rent, maintenance, location, promotion, employee expenses, insurance -- that you really have to get lucky (plus know what you're doing) to be successful.

You also need to figure out the right price point (what will sell) rather than what you wish the prices could be.

Also, I've seen your opinions in some of the restaurant customer service threads, where it seems like you take a rather harsh view of complaining customers. This won't work -- at least not at a restaurant that isn't always jam-packed. Driving away just 5 regular customers could be the difference between profiting and losing. Also, customer service at these places tends to follow the cue of the owner. If the owner shows that he wants the customer to be treated well, the employees tend to follow. If the owner has a disdain for the customer, that also shows, and suddenly your place is a ghost town.

I watched a Thai food place near me go out of business because the owners were complete dicks to the customer. I never went there myself (I'm not really much into Thai food), but I had a friend who stopped going there after a confrontation with the owner, and sure enough when I checked Yelp it had tons of similar reports. Despite the food there being very good, and despite being busy and successful at one point, it is now gone.

So there's that factor, too. Running a restaurant means that you have to completely put your ego aside and kiss ass to the customer. If you don't have that in you, you're probably better off working for someone else.

Thesparten ffs man don't do it, you have a much better chance of being the next Art Bell/Alex jones imo.

Get a good camera, get them YT uploads going, monetize your channel, network with other yters call em out/expose em, set up donations to fund your research, call in on Druff, expose those lizard people, UFO's jk don't do lizard people or UFO's, threats of WW3 are hot right now. All the shit you post, get on vid and claim it. Just make sure you believe what you say and it's entertaining. No racist shit tho, it'll ruin your potential. Maybe a lil anti Muslim stuff, that's it.

Yeah you'll get dismissed here, people will roll their eyes. Druff may hang up on you, he's a closet liberal anyway but there's a huge market for GOOD conspira/fear porn. You lean right, dude if you got a good delivery, I can see you carving out a niche on YT.

What does good fear porn look like?

This dude predicts earthquakes and volcanoes LOL, he even found some forest fire smoke via satellite but claimed it was a volcano 100 miles from me lol. Of course the govt./ NPS is covering up that eruption. He get's views tho because he's entertaining. Don't forget the entire internet has ADD, so get to the point and be entertaining and nothing else matters. GL ma nigga in whatever you choose.

I could actually see a Sparten YouTube show being successful. Unfortunately, he's technologically illiterate. Also, uh, literally illiterate.

The crazy diner bitch in Maine apparently has a wildly popular restaurant, so she can act like a complete cunt and it doesn't affect her bottom line.

If your place is always full, you don't have to worry about losing customers, because other customers will just replace them.

BTW I meant to check out that place in September when my cruise stopped in Portland, Maine, but I never ended up doing so. We only had til 2:30pm in Portland, so that was part of it.

If subway is selling a chicken parm sandwich for 7.49$ no fucken questions asked and extra fake sauce is 50¢

And I'm selling fried to order thick cut chicken parm on a real hero with real parm and real sauce for 10.50¢..mine us actually cheaper and more filling..

If anyone has something to say, just go to subway or a fucken Muslim stand for 6 bucks.. u will get dark meat chicken cooked with corn oil with watered down white sauce..

Il treat a customer who.gets it like a king!! And if somebody bothers me or my waiters over nonsense.. il just throw them out.. good luck finding good food like mine..

Mine is ACTUALLY CHEAPER if u think.about what u get for the price..

    U either get it or u don't..

I also charge 35¢ for every outgoing plate so if u want your broccoli and EVERYTHING packed separately. That will be another $1.40..

Just because u buy the most expensive (to make) for only 10$ doesn't mean I owe u any thing...

People really are ridiculous.... u couldn't make that sandwich for 10 bucks if u went to.the supermarket and did it yourself.. so if a customer wants me to suck there dick for actually giving them the best 10$ sandwich u will ever get...FUCK YOU AND GET OUT.
