Going to look at a burger joint tmw. Small and manageable.

Asking 200k .. they make a whopping 3500$ a month in profit. So they say..

Have to research whole area.. Drive around walk around. See how the foot traffic behave,s.. c where people park and what direction they generally walk to. Check out public transportation and business and government and schools. Want to have a healthy out going and delivery.. etc etc...
