    I pay $1300/month for Workers Comp...and I have never had a claim.
I carry a standard $1,000,000 liability policy and commercial auto....this runs me another $682 per month.

Good luck Sparten, you're a gung ho mofo.
You certainly got the passion. Hutmaster's crushing it so it's def possible
Hutmaster is crushing it.. I'm happy for him and glad he is part of the community..

The place pays for itself, as is.. no profit and no reinvestment liquidity..

But it pays for itself. Just hope a light bulb doesn't burn out. That $1.29 would come out of my pocket.

I'm betting the river with middle pair high kicker..

Telling them Monday my lawyer is coming to the shop. 10k check from my l.l.c. and 62k in the envelope.

Going to get it over with, pinch my nose and jump.
I hope there is enough water down there. It feels kinda high.

    It is what it is.
Fuck that, pay the monthly fee to join Scott Matusow's investor club. Take 30k to invest in his best picks and give us a TR.
Buy a piece of Raymer, he's due man. Invest over a grand he'll send you some autographed memorabilia.

Just Kidding, I was being a Debbie Downer. Good idea on the autographed Druff headshot. Pretty sure Druff will hook you up. Get in there and kill it, Gooo Sparten!

I see that you are expecting about 2.5 to 3.3 times that amount per day to gross $750k-$1mm per year. I'm hoping today's take was because of the current owner's weak management.

    Hutmaster pizza shop does that..

I will never do those numbers..

I need like $825 a day for the pleasure of staying open with no pay...
Let's just say my refrigerator at home has pizza in it.

The current mgmt is ridiculous and I have already had some repeat customer,s over the day to get pizza and b.s with me. The old owners are ridiculous..

One Dominican gave me the thumbs up and the kinda look that he was glad the Mr + Mrs we going...

Monday I'm closing when my lawyer gets there. I've seen enough and can't take it any more.. I cringe at some of the nonsense..

If I can get to 7k a week. I will be very , very happy...

    So it's 72k pluses 8k pluses 5k plus I have to...pay the rent 3.5k plus 2k? Awning.

So far that's 26k.from my savings..

    Druff
For a small investment of 5k from that 40k daily bovada account I'm willing to send u pizza+ calzones for life and tomatoes on the side for every order..

Take a picture of a large thin crust with sausage when you get some time. I'd like to evaluate it. I can tell if a pizza is good just on how it looks. Good luck in your new venture.

    No thin crust

    No artisen pizza..

Just regular extra large pizza or Sicilian(which doesn't sell, I'm taking off the menu/it's the straight up ghetto)

    We also have sandwiches
    Chicken parm
    Meat ball parm
    Soug and pepperr

And I'm going to introduce a pasta menu..

    Putanesca
    Primavera with or without chick
    Meat sauce
    Feancaise chick
    Marsala chick
    Meat balls.
    Alfredo with or without chick
    Ala vodka

All for $8.95.. includes garlic bread.

They will be generous portions... and lunch portions smaller for $6.95.. also including garlic bread

If they move. Might not take out one booth..

All that will cost me is under a $100 bucks for ingredients and the chef/ soute man comes cheap.
    It's me!!!!

Right now I'm just the delivery boy..

Will post pics of food when everything is .kinda like almost organized.

Even at those prices. The profit per plate will be $2/4 respectively per plate not including drinks..

One of the reason those plates are expensive in restaurants is because the pasta or soute men make about $800/1200 a week take home but there actually low cost plates.. but have to be made CORRECTLY..

It's going to be "high quality" food at everyday prices and nice portion,s..

What kind of oven do you have....deck or conveyor? I recommend doing baked penne pastas....no need to use the stove or saute anything. Just mix in a bowl and bake in a disposable 7" tin. Marinara, Alfredo, Carbonara (alfredo + chicken and bacon), chicken alfredo, pesto primavera. Food cost is about $2 to $2.50 each. For easy money try to land some school lunch accounts. I do a mix of personal pizzas and slices for the high school......$500 in the register daily before were open to the public.

    Your the master!!!!!!

The old owner did that and its a baker pride oven..anything out of a conveyor oven is not pizza. I'm sure u would agree.

The bake ziti is done like that. Forgot to mention it.

I'm actuality going to soute them in the pan personally like you would get more upscale in Manhattan...

I'm going to drag them in one way or another..

There is a school 2 blocks away and teachers some times call. Not often enough.

I'm going to meet the workers there and possibly introduce myself to the higher ups... 10% oof all school orders.

When the teachers do call for pizza, I will engage them in a friendly conversation and make them something to eat on the house. Just for them.

There's also a Dominican cab stand that there always eating Spanish food take out from the tin plates. Already met some of them and I hook them up on service and if they order plates I'll make them feel at home and made it great for them..

Your advice is beautiful. Please, please keep it coming... Please. Thank you..
