It's on the upper east side of Manhattan...

    45k a week gross sales..

Rent 42k, has 12 years remaining on lease 2+10..

1.2 million asking..450k down and ownership will hold note. (Not bank)

Hey c money... if u want to spend some pocket change on a new venture. This is for u.. don't worry Obama, Hillary and mayor deblasio all make good decisions to help small business. At least that's what they tell me on msnbc..

    Diversification, diversification, diversification..

I'm also thinking mumbles could buy it and give away all the home fries and cheese in the side.

After all if the customer is happy. It's better for business, right??

It really is for sale.. we got a lease extension. So the big boys decided on selling..

Il only get 120k(max) but it's an envelope deal with me... so that's all right too.. plus I'll get my unemployment for my mngt duties..

Il probably end up managing a burger king.for 48k years gross.. don't feel like waiting tables at my age even if it could bring 70k

I make about 1k a month profit from the house..

Thinking on buying a reasonable condo in Jersey (fort Lee).. the extra rent and parking space would bring in another 1700.. that would.help me live mortgage and maintenance free in the condo. While paying off the asset..

So the whopping(pun) take home pay from b.k. Would be just for my pocket..

Well c what happens. But with today's stagnated wages etc etc.. I don't know how working people can pay there rent and save for the future.. it's ridiculous.

    Anybody play on wsop.com..lol

It might not even sell but, it just might.. some Egyptian or Asians might just walk in with a briefcase..

My friend corner florists sold that way. And it became a vegetable store and laundromat. Another was sold like that and became a furniture liquidators.. or somebody stupid enough thinking they can make a profit in a restaurant by giving the customers what they want, with out charging. Just be grateful they ordered a cheeseburger. Lol

I am WAY too lazy to ever own a restaurant. I need a job that can still be done with a proper hangover.

U could buy it without partners and I could mail u your piece every month. Of course u would have to hire me as manager. Il do it for 1200$ in the envelope with a w2 that has me down at minimum wage. 1200$ cash +360$ on the check. That's my current salary as well as a yearly bonus if your pleased with my service,s.

Il probably send u between 12k/40k a month.

No small business can survive playing by the rules.

    I don't care how busy u are.

It wouldn't be worth it.. u couldn't pay all your payroll taxes, Obama care, mta taxes, commercial taxes, commercial electricity, commercial water bill. Etc etc etc.

Every!!!! sole proprietor and mom and pop business has to skirt some laws. They won't make it otherwise.

When u get busted, and u do. U pay the fine and continue the same way again.

If u actually played by the rules for a small business. There's no way.

    Hello Detroit...

I had a cousin go to Athens with 100k to start to open a deli/candy/bodega type store in a congested part of Athens..

He came back with.no business and no 100k.. lol.

The regulations ate up his 100k plus u have to pay some taxes in advance. He never even got the keys and this was for an empty store.

The the taxes on electricity and water and payroll etc etc. He would have to have a line!!! of people willing to pay 25$ for a sandwich and 5$ for a soda just to keep up with the Greek government,s demand on small businesses.

Don't worry Arabs got that store and arnt going to pay dime and nobody is going to make them either.

There's a store on the corner of my.block. every time they get busted not paying the lotto or for selling bootleg cigarettes they just change the name. I'm sure they have sent 100k,s back to there mosque while also getting subsidized to by a house here and collect food stamps for there 6 kids.

The sucker white American who rents my apt and makes 27$ hour but takes home in the teens$, who can't afford to buy a house or get married and reproduce has just went from a Hillary supporter to a trump or Cruz supporter.

Obama is also subsidizing all theses Islamic educational centers that the owners live rent and mortgage free and tax free while they rent rooms in it, making 2k a month. Americans are suckers.. Lol..

THESPARTEN IVE LOOKED AT YOUR RESTAURANT AND YOUR OPERATION AND TWO THINGS ARE ABUNDANTLY CLEAR:

YOU DON'T HAVE THE HEART FOR THIS AND YOU DON'T HAVE THE BRAIN FOR THIS.

YOUR STAFF DOES NOT RESPECT YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE BETTER OPTIONS ELSEWHERE.

YOUR RESTAURANT IS FILTHY; I WOULDN'T LET MY GARBAGE GO HERE TO DIE. YOU HAVE RAW CHICKEN SITTING ON THE SAME TRAY AS YOUR PORK CUTLETS. YOU TRYING TO KILL SOMEONE? BECAUSE YOU'RE OFF TO A GREAT START CHAMP. THERE ARE ROACHES NESTING IN YOUR CASH REGISTER, HOW DID YOU NOT SEE THIS? JULIO IS ROBBING YOU BLIND BY CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR FREE APPETIZERS, WHY DOES NO ONE HERE RESPECT YOU? THE ANSWER IS OBVIOUS; YOU'RE INCAPABLE OF HANDLING AFFAIRS AND YOU HAVE NO FUTURE IN THIS BUSINESS.

    I'VE SEEN ENOUGH.

SHUT IT DOWN GUYS, SHUT THIS WHOLE PLACE DOWN NOW.

According to a frequently cited study by Ohio State University on failed restaurants, 60% do not make it past the first year, and 80% go under in five years. High risk of failure and a poor ROI. Sounds great. Here is some investment advice: If anyone ever asks you to invest in a restaurant, run far away, as fast as you can.

I can't imagine owning a bar or restaurant. Full blown paranoia 24/7 over who is stealing from you and how much... All while trying to steal just the right amount from the govt for yourself. What a fucking headache.

And then after all that some dingle berry comes in demanding his cheese on the side. Fuck all that shit.

Sparta, did you really not only try to sell your biz on a poker forum but then offer up your shady managerial services to the buyer?

Times like this I'm glad I'm poor even though you are fake. Times like this create a moment of clarity of why the Elite kills people while fucking children and their pets while laughing. Mo Money more problems. God I don't need it all as it turns out.

Your facts about restaurant fail is correct.. it's even higher in Detroit or Greece. Lol.

It's the discriminatory tax and regulatory environment that the state puts on u to subsidize its bloated pension and workforce..

I agree with that. That is why I would hate to dealing with almost any brick and mortar business. Because of all the BS, you have to get lucky to make it and then even more lucky to make a lot of money. Exceptions that seem to do well are strip clubs, casinos and liquor stores. We have all walked down the street of our neighborhoods to see the new" candy store" or "Art gallery" open only to shake our heads because we know they are lighting money on fire and it will last 6 months.
