The "Adorable Drug Kingpin" daughter of a gung-ho Texas DEA agent, and the ridiculousness of the War on Drugs, including how treatment options for addicts are a shambles and underfunded. Case in point for the latter is the PFA forum user who recently couldn't keep up with his prescribed methadone treatment because the government-sanctioned supplier was out. And lacking the ability to get doctor-managed alternative treatment -- because of the cost and certain risk of losing his job -- turned *back* to heroin to keep from crashing in a furious withdrawal!

This is not a gun issue at all. My money is on too many docs over prescribing psychoactive pharmaceuticals for the mentally ill rather than treating then properly.

Or the opposite. The powers that actually control all of us, just a handful of humans, have had the curtain raised and we can just now see the feet of Oz quietly pulling the levers thanks to the internet. The problem becomes then is information overload and a lot of grey area where things used to be black and white. People that have grown up believing that their GOD is the only one are being told that there is no Santa and not only have to deal with secular opinion, but that of competing religions in their own back yard. The fun part is that none of it matters because the ones that have the most firepower and will to use it always win.
