The IMs are a third-party add on to vBulletin, so it's not surprising it doesn't work perfectly. But this is the only poker forum which has them, so just be thankful they're there.

If I don't read IMs within a few hours, the boxes are empty for me. Always has been that way.
Also, the lack of functionality to receive hand drawn messages from Wiz makes this webzone LITERALLY UNUSUABLE
I'd have similar stories regarding IMs if any posters actually sent me IMs.

I usually have like 10 browser windows open and if there was a message there and I close firefox, the chat is just a blank box when I open pfa again.
