Trump Catches Up with Toots
Mildly funny. Why does Sia have to be so goddamn strange? Sing your song.

I already know what I am going to dress up as next Halloween now...
Heading to bed before it ends. but overall not funny. I guess what do you expect, the guy just began rehearsing Wednesday. I think it did not hurt or help Trump. But give the guy credit, he went out there and did it. Can you imagine Ben Carson or Jeb Bush out there, it would have been a train wreck.
Sketch: Trump Promo Ad
1/10. Embarrassing.
2 words: "vacuum pennies"
Leslie Jones is the female version of Tracy Morgan, it's literally his schtick and delivery.
Who is Sia fucking that she gets to be on that stage? Literally 10,000 artists should have been up there before her.
I like the porn girl sketch at the end, but you would have to have seen the other 3 that they did with the same setup, notably the one with Justin Timberlake.
Martin Short cameo Hotline Bling dance was God Mode.
Larry David destroyed worlds. Pure gold Jerry.
The thing that I like most about this was that Trump is the only one that could pull this off. Hillary gets a cameo, Trump gets the whole show.
I couldn't resist
Donald Trump gives SNL its biggest ratings in years
Trump is still bringing the bump.
'Saturday Night Live' recap: Donald Trump
With Donald Trump hosting, Saturday Night Live jumped to its biggest overnight rating since 2012.
According to NBC, SNL had a whopping 6.6 household rating on Saturday night, easily beating the season’s previous high: the 41st season premiere last month, hosted by Miley Cyrus and with a guest appearance by none other than … Hillary Clinton. In fact, Trump’s overnight rating was 47 percent higher than the Miley/Hillary episode.
The previous high was held by an episode that aired Jan. 7, 2012, hosted by Charles Barkley with musical guest Kelly Clarkson.

Here's another site's review. Interesting thought from the writer:The episode is getting panned pretty hard by critics and fans of SNL. I'd agree and give it an overall rating of about 4/10....you could have convinced me that SNL was purposefully taking a dive in an effort to embarrass Trump.
Just watched the original Drake video to get a sense of what was being parodied in the Hotline Bling video. Makes more sense now and a bit funnier.
Highlight of the night: Larry David as Bernie Sanders
Fails of the night: Club Band sketch and whatever it is that Sia was doing
Watching this all now.
Disagree about the 1st skit. Wasn't funny. Was pretty much a 1-joke skit, and the joke wasn't even that funny.
Agree with you about the live fast die young thing. Maybe I'm missing the reference also. Again was a long single extended joke which wasn't very funny in the first place. So these are "bad" girls breaking small rules or telling small lies. Uh huh. Hilarious.
Hotline Bling is a Drake video that came out recently in which he does weird Cosby Show dances.
It was immediately and relentlessly mocked.
I even made one.
Well Druff hates Trump so zero point zero skits will be funny to him.
If it were Bush or Rubio it would have been the best show eva!!!!!!!!1!!!!
Also, Drunk Uncle gets annoying and repetitive after about 20 seconds, and probably not in the way they are intending.
To me it looked like they were attempting to make Trump and his campaign look foolish, rather than the good-natured ribbing that they usually do to politicians they like.
For example, when they make fun of Hillary, they go after her ambitiousness and ill-fated attempts to relate to the average citizen, but they stay away from anything that could actually damage her campaign, such as jokes about her lack of trustworthiness.
