MGM MLife program severely under-rewards players at non-Vegas properties

The MGM MLife program is similar to the Caesars Total Rewards program.

While I bash Caesars often, I can at least give them credit for applying their Total Rewards program equally and evenly to all of their properties.

The same cannot be said for MGM!

    Check this out:

Las Vegas MGM properies tier credits earned
    $10 slot play = 33.3 tier credits
$10 video poker play = 10 tier credits
$10 spent on property (hotel, spa, dining, entertainment) = 250 tier credits

Beau Rivage or Gold Strike Tunica tier credits earned
    $10 slot play = 6.66 tier credits
$10 video poker play = 2 tier credits
$10 spent on property (hotel, spa, dining, entertainment) = 80 tier credits

MGM Grand Detroit tier credits earned
    $10 slot play = 3.33 tier credits
$10 video poker play = 1 tier credit
$10 spent on property (hotel, spa, dining, entertainment) = 80 tier credits

    Pretty brutal.

This means it takes you 10x as long to earn tier status at MGM Detroit (through play) as it does at Vegas MGM properties.

It's pointless to play at the Detroit property but didnt MGM sell that casino? Maybe that's why the points are so low, I guess I should do a google search to know for sure. I feel like MGMs mlife system is becoming more and more of a joke, from poker points to how credits won't transfer between properties.

Owner is listed as MGM Resorts International/Partners Detroit, LLC.

Not sure what Partners Detroit is, but MGM owns at least part of it.

The application of MLife credits at 10x slower than in Vegas is shameful, and I would avoid playing there just out of principle.
